Gaunya, will share with you how to build a successful practice by creating a team that embraces your vision and is passionately committed in making a difference in the lives of your clients. In this session, you will learn how to be more efficient and effective with your time by focusing on the several creative organizational ideas, including marketing and sales techniques that you can implement immediately to take your practice to the next level.

Jennifer Borislow is the founder and principal of Borislow Insurance. As a strategic coach of the organization, Jennifer has specialized in the analysis; alternative funding mechanisms, plan designs, and implementations in the area of execution and employee benefit planning for more than 26 years.

Mark Gaunya is an employee benefits advisor with almost 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. As a former sales leader for several regional health insurance companies, covering all market segments and employing multiple funding models, Mark is uniquely skilled in developing consultative solutions to complex challenges.
